Are you passionate about finance, accounting, or controlling? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute your knowledge and creative ideas to our company without being tied to a specific position?
Over the course of 18 months, you will gain insight into Evonik Industries AG's global financial world and familiarize yourself with the work processes of an international company by working at various locations. We offer flexibility, further training opportunities, mentoring and international experience.
From your first day on the job, you will have the opportunity to expand your network and lay the foundation for your career in controlling and finance. You will also develop your professional and methodological skills through seminars and training on and off the job, such as project management and presentation training. You will also have the chance to work on a project related to social or sustainability issues. You will carry out these activities together with other Evonik trainees. The program also includes an international assignment.

- Requirements
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on financial management, controlling, and/or accounting.
- Initial practical experience (e.g., through internships) and knowledge of digitalization, predictive forecasting, and big data analytics.
- Initial international experience
- Negotiation-level German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Highly developed understanding of operational and procedural matters regarding end-to-end responsibility.
- You view matters holistically and from various perspectives, developing creative solutions independently.
- High degree of interpersonal competence and empathy, as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player

After completing the trainee program, you will be offered an attractive RD&I postition such as scientist, project manager, or lab head.
