During our 18-month General Management Trainee Program, you will get to know the different business areas of Evonik. The program includes projects in the marketing and sales, sustainability and strategy departments.

You can also explore other areas such as HR, controlling, innovation, production and procurement, depending on your interests and specializations. Our HR teams will work with you to customize your program and support your personal and professional development.

As part of the Evonik group network, you will learn from the best and be assigned a mentor from senior management. In addition, you will work with other Evonik trainees on a social and sustainability project. Together with trainees from other functional areas, you will broaden your technical and methodological skills and develop your professional network. The trainee program also includes a three-month stay abroad. We offer you a good compensation, remote working, flexible work schedules and much more!

Franziska completed the HR trainee program at Evonik some time ago, while Yannick has only just begun his time as a trainee. In their People Story, both talk about their experiences. We first met Simon in late 2021. As the first IT trainee at Evonik, he gave us insight into his expectations for the program and his day-to-day activities as a trainee.
