The Evonik presence in Europe dates back to the 1840s when the Goldschmidt site was first founded. In the following one hundred and fifty years, several German industrial companies launched and merged to later form the two conglomerates Hüls AG and Degussa AG, which were eventually merged into one company and formed Evonik.

Known as the center of the old world, Europe offers a truly dynamic and multicultural life and work experience.
