- Life at the BBC
There is no other organisation like the BBC. As the world’s largest and longest-standing public service broadcaster, we have a unique role that informs culture and democracy in the UK and overseas.
Attracting and retaining the very best talent is at the heart of delivering for our audiences, and all of us have a role in building a culture that is creative, inclusive and full of opportunity. The benefits and experience we offer are key to achieving this, along with the way we embed our values and our Code of Conduct.
Our offer is designed to reward, support and develop our people. It reflects our values and is reviewed regularly to make sure we’re delivering for colleagues and the way they live and work.
