The opportunity

At EY‑Parthenon, we bring together strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance to help organisations make better investment decisions and deliver value that stands up in the real world. Backed by EY’s global scale and deep sector expertise, our teams advise private equity investors, corporates and founders across the full deal lifecycle – from origination through to value creation and exit.

Our Financial Due Diligence team works at the heart of complex transactions, supporting domestic and cross‑border deals across a broad range of sectors. With an investor mindset, advanced analytics and close collaboration with strategy, tax and M&A teams, we deliver insights that directly shape transaction outcomes.

As a Manager, you will lead key aspects of buy-side and sell-side engagements, manage client relationships, supervise and coach junior team members, and play an active role in the growth of our Perth and national practice. You will work closely with senior leaders across EY-Parthenon while developing your commercial and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Boorloo (Perth), offering exposure to national and international transactions while being part of a close‑knit local team.
