We are looking for a world-class Growth and Marketing Lead to craft and manage local acquisition and engagement initiatives. Ukrainian Marketing and Growth team is data-driven and results-focused so potential candidates are expected to bring strong analytical skills, practical marketing and trade marketing knowledge as well as strong cross-functional projects management background – with a hunger to make business grow with positive ROI.
Being a part of a Team Where You Will:
Lead local acquisition and retention projects, from ideation to execution, in complete autonomy working with the cross-functional international and local teams (Brand, Media, Performance, CRM & Promo) for a seamless implementation to deliver the agreed Marketing and Growth OKRs.
Design and coordinate a best-in-class execution for local acquisition, activation and growth strategies, adapting global playbook to local needs via a test & learn approach.
Being the country point of contact for your assigned projects, creating advocacy and consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Head of Growth and Marketing plus local and HQ stakeholders.
Coordinate the creation of local marketing campaigns that will build brand equity, driving acquisition and engagement.
