- Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of the New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Hahn Airport, Germany.

- As we continue to expand, we are happy to offer an exciting opportunity for an Aircraft Mechanic Trainee to join our 12-week intensive training program at one of our maintenance facilities with multiple intakes throughout 2027. ***Successful candidates will have the opportunity to upskill and pursue a career as a licensed Aircraft Engineer, earning up to € 80K per year.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out maintenance tasks as required
- Maintaining a high standard of work in all tasks
- Completing the appropriate documentation
- Complying with all company procedures, policies, regulations, and MOE
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Ensuring adherence to the company's Health and Safety policy
- Performing any other tasks as directed by the Supervisor/Manager

Requirements
- Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude and enthusiasm in aviation
- Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast changing environment
- Good knowledge of English (written,reading and spoken); German is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Degree or diploma from a related field such as engineering or maintenance is desirable
- Prior hands-on experience in engineering or aircraft maintenance is desirable
