The Mixologist is responsible for leading and elevating the hotel's beverage experience through the creation, preparation, and presentation of innovative cocktails and signature beverages. This role supports the overall beverage operation by ensuring exceptional product quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards. The Mixologist is also responsible for maintaining beverage consistency, promoting beverage sales, managing costs within assigned areas, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
The role works closely with the Beverage Manager and outlet teams to develop creative beverage programs, enhance guest engagement, train team members, and deliver memorable experiences across bars, lounges, restaurants, banquets, and special events.
