The Director of Groups, Conference & Events leads the hotel’s Groups, Conference & Events strategy and end-to-end client journey. The role owns the departmental forecast, translating demand, pace, conversion and profitability data into clear commercial decisions. It leads and develops the team, strengthens systems and processes, and connects Commercial, Revenue, Operations, Finance and hotel leadership to convert the right business, at the right price, with operationally sound delivery and an exceptional client experience from RFP through post-event review.
