Customer Experience Specialist with German (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Specialist II with German to join our HBT HBS Global Dispatch team in our in Bucharest office. Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader, your main responsibility will be acting as first point of contact for customers and field service professionals’ issues, being an interface between them and the rest of the departments.
Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Dispatch Specialist II with German to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, RO. In this position you will be handle L1 internal and external customer related issues and concerns using published documentation and knowledge base. Works with L2 tech support or Field Technician to gather further detail, research issues, seek resolutions and deliver a solution to the customer. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model
