We're looking for a Senior Programmatic Analyst to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll lead the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns for global clients while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding business results. You'll also play an important role in mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and driving operational excellence.

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across leading DSP platforms.
• Develop data-driven optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Manage campaign execution, QA processes, assets, and launch requirements.
• Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Mentor team members and contribute to programmatic best practices.
• Support training initiatives and continuously expand your technical expertise.
• Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and platform certifications. 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• B2+ English level (required).
• Strong hands-on experience with one or more DSPs such as:
  • DV360
  • The Trade Desk
  • Yahoo DSP
  • Xandr
  • Amazon DSP
  • Teads
  • Amobee
• Experience managing branding and/or performance campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and programmatic advertising.
• Experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360/GCM) or Sizmek.
• Knowledge of verification tools like IAS, MOAT, or DoubleVerify.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Power BI, or Datorama.
• Excellent analytical, communication, client management and teamwork skills. 

Nice to have:

• Experience in Media Planning or Media Buying.
• Knowledge of bidding strategies and creative optimization.
• Experience with Paid Social platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Marin, Skai (formerly Kenshoo), or 4C.
