  • Company Bonus: Manage company bonus calculations and support the administration of short-term incentive programs with accuracy, consistency, and transparency.

  • Compensation Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior management, Finance, and HR stakeholders to support strategic workforce and compensation decisions.

  • Communication, Change Management & Total Rewards Positioning: Develop and implement communication strategies and materials related to compensation, benefits, and reward offerings, partnering with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition to strengthen the positioning of TeamViewer’s total rewards offering for employees and candidates.

  • Project Management: Support and lead compensation-related projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives within the broader HR organization.

  • Benefits & Broader Total Rewards: Support the review, harmonization, and continuous improvement of benefits and broader total rewards offerings across countries, ensuring alignment with market practice, employee needs, and business priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to the CHRO, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, Finance, and other key stakeholders globally.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation & benefit processes, reporting, and governance structures.
