環境・安全衛生管理スタッフ (Environmental Health & Safety)
＜職務内容＞
- 環境・安全衛生（EHS）の専門家として、Western Digital のEHSプログラム、及び、法令順守に向けた取り組みをリードし、労働安全衛生、及び、環境に配慮した職場環境の構築するため、環境・安全衛生（EHS）活動を推進し、職場の安全文化を強化する取り組みを担当いただきます。
- 具体的な業務は以下の通り。
- EHS運用管理および労働安全衛生(OHS)プログラムの開発・維持
・KPIの監視、事故防止プログラムの実施
・機械安全やOHS関連設備の管理
・人間工学プログラム、危険要因の特定、リスク評価の管理
・防火防災プログラムに関する社内研修の実施 - ERP（緊急対応プログラム）の統括
・自衛消防隊、緊急時対応チームの運用
・AEDの管理 - 避難訓練の企画・実施
・防火及び災害対応のための訓練を実施 - 法令順守のための管理
・EHS関連法令および当社基準の遵守のための対応
資格
＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
- 高専卒・大卒以上
- 製造業等事業所においてEHS関連業務経験（2年以上）
- 安全・衛生管理者資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する
- 日本語でEHS関連の法規制や要求事項を理解し、適用できる能力を有する
- 英語：日常会話レベル（メール・資料など読み書きで使用します。英会話は業務での使用経験は不要で、入社後少しずつキャッチアップしていく意欲があれば問題ありません。）
＜あれば望ましいスキル＞
- 理系（機械・安全工学、労働安全衛生、環境科学、化学など）の学位取得の方
- 防火防災管理者資格や、防災士資格を有する又はそれに準ずる知識を有する。
- 英語：ビジネスレベル
- 組織内で良好な関係を構築できる優れた調整力、コミュニケーション能力を有すること。
- 自立して考え、自発的に業務を遂行できる。
- マルチタスク能力を有し、チームで協力して働くことが出来る

- 【想定年収】750万円 ～ 1050万円
- 月給：29万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
- ※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）

- 【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
- フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
- 裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
- ※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

- -通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
