Overview

The Perfect Store Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, tracking, and continuous improvement of the Perfect Store agenda across the Organized Trade channel in CAU. The role supports development and deployment of Perfect Store standards, activation plans, reporting, and execution tools while ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and business objectives. The incumbent works closely with Sales, Category, GTM, and Commercial Planning teams to enhance in-store execution and improve Perfect Store performance.

Responsibilities

PERFECT STORE CAPABILITY:

Support the implementation of Perfect Store segmentation methodology and store prioritization principles within the Organized Trade channel.
Maintain segmentation databases, store classifications, and prioritization tools to ensure accurate execution planning.
Support development and deployment of Retailer Value Offers and Shopper Value Offers across categories and store clusters.
Translate Retailer Value Offers and Shopper Value Offers into channel-specific Picture of Success standards and execution guidelines.
Coordinate communication and deployment of Perfect Store standards to sales teams and other stakeholders.

Maintain and improve Perfect Store tracking tools, scorecards, and performance dashboards.
Monitor compliance against Perfect Store standards and identify execution gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support development and rollout of sales force tools, incentives, and reporting solutions linked to Perfect Store initiatives.
Coordinate monthly SDO task planning and KPI tracking for Organized Trade sales teams.
Consolidate feedback from sales teams and recommend improvements to execution processes and tools.

Analyze Perfect Store performance trends, compliance results, and execution KPIs across the channel.
Monitor category performance, distribution, assortment, visibility, and shopper execution indicators.
Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, and recommendations based on channel performance analysis.
Contribute to annual Perfect Store capability assessments and improvement plans.
Assist in development of analytical tools and business solutions to improve channel effectiveness and execution quality.

Ensure data quality and integrity of Perfect Store reporting systems and databases.

Assist in onboarding and capability-building initiatives for sales teams regarding Perfect Store principles and tools.
Support evaluation of activation effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) through post-event analysis and performance tracking.
Support preparation of business cases and recommendations based on commercial and field execution insights.
Support governance routines related to Perfect Store KPI reviews, action planning, and follow-up activities.
Support tracking and monitoring of activation-related budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient resource utilization.

PERFECT STORE ACTIVATION:

Support development and execution of the Perfect Store component of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Organized Trade channel.
Prepare and maintain building block calculations, forecasts, and monthly performance updates for key Perfect Store KPIs.
Monitor achievement of channel targets including equipment penetration, MHL assortment penetration, and Perfect Store compliance.

Coordinate implementation of the Activation Calendar and support timely execution of planned activities.
Track activation progress, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
Support cross-functional teams in execution of category and channel activation plans.
Prepare communication materials, information packs, and execution updates for Sales teams and management.

Support planning, tracking, and deployment of trade equipment, POS materials, and execution tools.
Coordinate annual processes related to: Equipment installation and performance monitoring, Planogram preparation
Conduct post-analysis of activation programs and Perfect Store initiatives.
Identify key learnings and prepare recommendations for future improvements.
Support implementation of optimization actions based on performance analysis.
Participate in commercial planning sessions and distributor reviews to support Perfect Store deployment activities.

Qualifications

Higher education in business, economics or related field
2–4 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Excellence, Demand Planning, Business Analytics, or related commercial functions.
Experience working with sales execution programs, reporting, or trade marketing initiatives.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and countries.
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution discipline
Fluency in Georgian and English languages
