- What our people have to say
HCA UK has smaller teams, but that means you get to know everyone that much better. I think my confidence in what I'm doing and taking ownership has hugely grown since I joined HCA UK. A big part of that is the connections I’ve made. Here, people trust what you've got to say and come to you for advice.
Kathryn
Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist
The patients get the best out of us, but we get the best out of working at HCA UK. I've worked in lots of places, and you can't always give the best care. At HCA UK, we have the time, training and support to do just that. You can't beat that as a clinician.
Ann-Marie
Head of Therapies
What I value most about working at HCA UK is the variety. It's so different from patient to patient. People travel to our sites from all over the world and need all kinds of treatment, so every case brings something new. HCA UK has provided me with valuable new opportunities that have allowed me to develop into my role. My managers have always ensured that I am receiving all the support I need, which has allowed me to continue learning through new experiences which have kept my role feeling fresh.
