- No. AI may assist behind the scenes, for example, by helping us match skills to roles - but all hiring decisions are made by people. Recruiters and hiring managers lead the process with empathy, fairness, and transparency.
- Will I know when AI is being used in my process?
- Yes. One of our commitments is "Trust Through Transparency." We’ll always be clear about when and how AI is part of your candidate journey, whether that’s during application matching, assessments, or scheduling.
- Do I need AI skills to apply?
- You don’t need to be an AI pro to succeed at HubSpot. We don’t expect expertise, but we value curiosity and openness to testing, learning, and using AI in your role. We’ll provide opportunities to explore and use AI tools as part of your work once you’re here.
- Will I get interview questions about AI?
- Depending on the role, you may see some AI-related questions or assessments. If that happens, we’ll always explain the context and what we’re looking for. Our focus is on understanding your skills and potential, not trick questions.
- Is my data safe?
