- Our Application Process
Our application process has a clear and transparent structure to ensure every application has an equal chance and reaches the right place.
Please note, the application process for students & interns may slightly vary and can be found here.
- STEP 1 OF 9
- Application
Apply via our job portal. Please submit your CV and letter of motivation, targeted to the position you are applying for.
- STEP 2 OF 9
- Analysis
It might take up to 30 days before you hear from us, depending on the volume of applications.
- STEP 3 OF 9
- First Interview
If the recruiter and the hiring manager find your profile suitable, you'll be invited to a first interview with both.
- STEP 4 OF 9
- Feedback
Feedback on advancing to the second round may take 1-2 weeks.
- STEP 5 OF 9
- Second interview
If you advance to a second interview, you may need to prepare or complete a task, or be given the opportunity to meet the team, depending on the position.
- STEP 6 OF 9
- Decision
The hiring manager makes a decision in consultation with the recruiter (usually 1-2 weeks after the second interview).

- Offer
Upon a positive decision, you will receive a job offer from the Talent Acquisition team – congratulations!
- STEP 8 OF 9
- Contract Signing
Once the offer is accepted, the employment contract will be signed by both you and us. Please upload the requested documents to get started smoothly.

- Welcome @ RBI
On your first day, you will be welcomed by your “buddy”, who will be there to assist you in the initial period with help and advice.

What makes the perfect CV and how to prepare for the interview? Here we provide you with tips and tricks that will help you spark the curiosity of our recruiters and future managers.
- Check List for Your CV & Interview
- Make sure you know which company you are applying to and tailor your application accordingly.
- Make sure to apply in the same language as the job ad.
- Organize your CV chronologically, starting with your current role.
- Describe clearly the tasks and responsibilities of each position, not just the job titles; Include the exact start and end dates for each position (at least the month and year)
- Mention relevant tools, skillsets as well as your language skills along with your proficiency levels.
- Submit your CV as a PDF, not as DOCX, PNG, or JPEG
- Prepare your technical set with a proper microphone
- Show your interest and engagement by asking questions for your first interview
