Overview
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Media Performance Analyst who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple social/search platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Google, and Bing Ads.

Responsibilities
- Setup social/search campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the social media platforms.
- Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
- Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
- Deliver recommendations, execution & analysis of beta tests, new platforms, optimization strategies and vendors.
- Assist to Social and Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and updates.
- Connect daily with global account team over email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.
- Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
- Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing source.
- Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on better results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.
- English Level B2 or above.
- Minimum 1- 2+ years of experience running social/search media advertising campaigns in two or more platforms such as Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tik Tok for Business, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360.
- Intermediate social media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
- Good Communication skills.
- Result oriented skills.
- Attention to details skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
