The Opportunity

We are looking for a Global Procurement Analyst to join our team and help identify and prioritize sourcing and value-creation opportunities across North America Facilities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Category Managers, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Planning, and other key stakeholders to uncover opportunities related to spend, suppliers, pricing, compliance, purchasing behaviors, and inventory.

You’ll combine your analytical expertise, SAP knowledge, and Supply Chain/maintenance understanding to transform large and complex datasets into clear recommendations that influence sourcing strategies and help PepsiCo create greater value.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Analyze and transform large datasets from SAP and other sources to identify sourcing, cost savings, compliance, supplier, and inventory opportunities.
Analyze purchasing and supplier data, including POs, invoices, spend, and inventory, to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and opportunity trackers to support business decisions.
Partner with Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Planning, and Category teams to validate insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Support sourcing, supplier consolidation, pricing, RFX, and contracting initiatives by providing data-driven insights.
Prioritize opportunities that can create the greatest value and impact for PepsiCo.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in Supply Chain Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Materials Planning, Operations, or Spare Parts Inventory is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP, with the ability to analyze and reconcile spend, supplier, PO, invoice, and inventory data.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or commercial processes is a plus.
Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with complex data and cross-functional teams.
