What You'll Do

• You’ll manage agendas and business travels (car, flight, hotel...) of some of our most senior staff and directors, effectively prioritizing tasks
• You’ll coordinate meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, take care of food service organization 
• You’ll manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (Turkish/English)
• You’ll organize and coordinate client appointments, workshops, and events
• You'll independently organize and manage broader internal office events
• You’ll prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports 
• You’ll create and edit presentation documents (Turkish/English)
• You’ll provide general administrative support to the Office Manager
• You'll take care of a range of office operations and administrative tasks
• You’ll act as main point of contact for Platinion Istanbul team and ensure that all the office activities are fully aligned with system priorities
• You’ll team with other Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
• You’ll maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality

What You'll Bring

• You have a university degree
• You have at least four years of assistant experience in a fast-paced business environment
• You know MS Office package well
• You have excellent management and client-oriented communication skills
• You have business-fluent written and spoken Turkish and English
• You are a natural team player, but you also feel confident when you work independently
• You are flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• You have confident and professional appearance with service-oriented mind-set
• You are trustworthy and known for following through on your commitments, even under pressure
