Shift patterns: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, with options for morning or evening shifts and every other weekend. We're recruiting both part-time and full-time Care Assistants to support clients in Luton, Central Bedfordshire, North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
For this role, you'll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle. We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to support work–life balance.

Your responsibilities may include personal care (such as continence support, washing and dressing), managing medications, preparing meals and helping with domestic tasks. Most importantly, you'll provide companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
