• Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Partner Acquisition: Personal ownership of end-to-end B2B sales, prospecting, pitching, and contract closing to bring high-performing local and international restaurant brands into GFS cloud kitchens.
• Stall Occupancy & Pipeline Optimization: Build and aggressively manage a robust sales pipeline to secure anchor tenants and maintain high stall occupancy rates across operational and upcoming kitchen sites.
• Commercial Pitching & Negotiation: Present the GFS value proposition to target vendors. Negotiate commercial terms, including fixed monthly stall rents, lease durations, and incremental commission structures.
• Seamless Vendor Onboarding: Lead the post-sign-up onboarding phase to ensure target brands transition efficiently from contract signing to going live. Work directly with partners to collect required documentation, coordinate operational readiness, and ensure quick time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Handover & Alignment: Collaborate closely with local kitchen operations, marketing, and facilities management to hand off fully onboarded vendors, ensuring clear operational alignment before launch.
• Lean Resource Management: Oversee, coach, and direct sales/BD resource while keeping strong personal responsibility for individual acquisition quotas.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously map Bangladesh’s restaurant landscape, tracking competitor activity, emerging culinary trends, and high-demand zones to target high-potential vendor categories.

This role is built for a hunter who thrives on closing deals and bringing new partners through the door. Because your core metric is filling capacity quickly, you must be comfortable with aggressive outreach, field execution, and fast-paced contract negotiations. You will wear multiple hats across the deal cycle—acting as a relentless salesperson, a firm commercial negotiator, and a swift project manager during the onboarding phase. If you thrive on deal-making autonomy and love seeing your acquisitions open for business, this role provides high visibility and direct impact. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or strategic account management. Direct experience in launching/scaling sales in food-tech, e-commerce, or the local restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Industry Network: Strong familiarity with the Bangladesh culinary landscape with an existing network of restaurant owners or F&B decision-makers.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to digest market trends and build data-driven business cases tailored to diverse external stakeholders.
• Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial and proactive. Capable of working independently, multi-tasking, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Language: Native/Fluent proficiency in Bangla and fluency in English is preferred.
