As Brand Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible to defining brand look per retail format in terms of setup, materials & activation, as well as guarantee the best deployment upon established KPIs (including but not limited to: IQOS Boutiques, Pop-Ups, Corners).
Your ‘day to day’:
- Deploying commercial and retail strategy plan at the assigned IQOS retail network by ensuring proper stores' operation and implementation of commercial guidelines.
- Enhancing all visual merchandising standards to improve customer service and experience excellence.
- Monitoring and develop business performance at the assigned IQOS retail network.
- Monthly critical metrics cascading down, deep dive on monthly priorities based on sales cycles.
- Analyzing key business figures and sales reports and propose action plans for improvement.
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting consumer insights to contribute to the successful development of retail strategy.
- Proposing and contributing to company’s retail strategy by researching and implementing new innovative solutions and cross-industry standard methodologies.
- Managing performance, development, training and motivation of Store Supervisors and IQOS Advisors.
- Fostering an effective team and work environment that encourages initiative, innovative ideas and collaboration.
Who we’re looking for:
- University degree in the field of Administration or Economy or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of managerial experience in Marketing/Sales and ideally experience in retail operations (or experience in completing activities for consumers in FMCG sector).
- Knowledge of retail landscape.
- Experience in 3rd parties’ management.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills; presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.
- Excellent collaboration in cross-functional projects.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- A dynamic and proactive approach.
- Driver’s license.
