We are in search of a motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco team as the Sr Manager of Key Accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen key business drivers, manage costs, and ensure competitiveness within the Philippines KA team.

Your main duties will involve full accountability on the negotiating, deploying all PMFT plans across all National Key accounts, effectively implementing the Cycle plans & KA Game Plan and long range OB, collaborating with various teams across the organization. As the strategic partner for our key customers, you will play a crucial role in establishing and sustaining productive business relationships. The position also has the shared accountability on optimizing field execution of Deployment teams by assisting SFP Commercial Operations Director.

Duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams across the organization to develop the KA Game Plan / KA LRP OB, aligning it with the company's strategies. Understanding customer (SWOT, Decision Mapping etc) through various information / data analysis.
Manage the budget for the KA Game Plan / KA LRP OB, monitoring progress, analyzing program efficiency, and reallocating the budget as needed. (Includes IME, HR headcount, shared accountable budget such as fixture development)
Build effective business relationships with key customers strategically, focusing on multi-layer/multi-functional business influence.
Field Communication - Ensure appropriate communication between KA and the field, designing simple, clear, motivational, and timely communication tools.
Field/Area Support: Ensure effective collaboration to the field when executing on the KA GP by assisting the Director Commercial Operations & Regional Managers. Including regular field visits, proactively attend the field meetings to identify the issues which the field organization are facing, visiting important customers (AFC top management, key operation manager etc.) with field teams as required.
Report on KA business and KA GP status to PMFTC management through regular reporting, presentations, and ad-hoc reports.
Build an efficient organization and improve workflow for the key account and the team, focusing on customer business development. Actualize the Customer Business Development concept in PMFTC KA team is crucial to success. Oversees the people development plan for KA team by managing HR matters including coaching and developing team members and conducting PIP (poor performer management) as necessary. Proactively lead cross-functional talent exchange to develop team members.
Collaborate with PMI / PMI AP KA proactively by leading global KA C-store initiative, participating on global programs, meetings, and workshops.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industries.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.
Proven track record in sales planning, with at least 5 years of experience.
1 year of experience leading National Key Account team in FMCG industry.
Advanced level of communication, both verbal and written, along with exceptional presentation skills.
Strong conflict resolution and consulting skills.
Strong expertise in understanding, negotiating, and writing contracts.
Exceptional influencing and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of legislation requirements.
Ability to effectively set objectives and goals.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong analytical and data driven solution planning.
