职位概述**
作为国家研究经理，您将负责在中国协调和管理临床试验的交付，确保符合所有适用的法规、ICH GCP 以及礼来公司的政策和程序。
主要职责**
- **项目规划与启动：** 参与临床试验的战略规划，制定并实施国家层面的研究启动计划，包括可行性评估、中心选择和预算管理。
- **团队管理与指导：** 领导并指导国家临床运营团队，包括临床研究监察员 (CRA)，确保团队成员理解并执行研究方案和相关流程。
- **研究执行与监督：** 监督国家临床试验的日常运营，确保数据质量、患者安全和试验进度的符合性。定期审查研究进展，识别并解决潜在问题。
- **合规性与质量：** 确保所有研究活动符合中国国家药品监督管理局 (NMPA) 的法规要求、ICH GCP 指南以及礼来公司的全球标准操作规程 (SOPs)。参与质量控制和质量保证活动。
- **沟通与协作：** 与全球研究团队、医学事务部、法规事务部、数据管理部以及研究中心和外部供应商保持密切沟通与协作，确保信息流畅和问题及时解决。
- **风险管理：** 识别、评估并缓解国家层面的研究风险，制定应急预案，以应对潜在的挑战和偏差。
- **预算与资源管理：** 负责国家研究预算的制定、跟踪和管理，优化资源分配，确保研究在预算范围内高效运行。
- **流程改进：** 积极参与临床运营流程的持续改进，提出建议并协助实施，以提高效率和质量。
任职资格**
- **教育背景：** 临床医学、药学、生命科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
- **工作经验：** 至少5年以上在制药公司或合同研究组织 (CRO) 的临床研究管理经验，包括至少2年在国家层面的项目管理经验。
- **专业知识：** 深入了解中国临床试验法规（如NMPA相关法规）和ICH GCP。熟悉临床研究全过程，包括试验启动、执行、监察、数据管理和结题。
- **领导能力：** 具备出色的领导、团队管理和激励能力，能够有效指导并发展团队成员。
- **沟通能力：** 优秀的中文和英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员和利益相关者有效交流。
- **解决问题能力：** 强大的分析和解决问题能力，能够在复杂和高压环境下做出明智决策。
- **组织与规划：** 卓越的组织、规划和多任务处理能力，能够高效管理多个项目和优先级。
- **计算机技能：** 熟练使用常用办公软件（如Microsoft Office Suite），熟悉临床试验管理系统 (CTMS) 和电子数据采集系统 (EDC)。
- **出差：** 能够适应频繁出差（国内和国际）。
