Job Description

Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our organic, earthy and grounded beachside restaurant & bar Venue i.e. ULA Beach Ras Al Khaimah.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant Beach Club, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences in a dynamic beachfront environment.
• Take ownership of resource planning, scheduling, and team management, ensuring the operation is well-staffed and equipped to meet business demands.
• Assist in leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
• Supervise and delegate duties effectively, ensuring compliance with brand standards, company policies, SOPs, and quality assurance measures at all times.
• Drive service excellence by maintaining a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Chef de Cuisine to develop menus, pricing strategies, seasonal offerings, and promotional activities that enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency are delivered throughout the operation.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, taking proactive measures to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores and strengthen the Beach Club's reputation.
• Create a positive and engaging work environment by ensuring all Heartists understand how their individual contributions support the success of the Beach Club and the overall guest journey.
• Support the planning and execution of special events, themed activations, and entertainment programs that enhance the Beach Club experience and drive guest engagement.
• Maintain strong control over operational costs, inventory management, and departmental productivity while ensuring service standards remain uncompromised.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and beach operation standards, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Beach Club Manager within a standalone restaurant, beach club, or upscale hospitality venue.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including extensive beverage and cocktail knowledge, with a solid understanding of current market and lifestyle trends.
• A highly service-oriented professional with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring consistent service standards across all areas of the operation.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of restaurant and beach club operations, including service delivery, guest relations, financial performance, and team management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage guest concerns and operational challenges.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive revenue, maximize profitability, and achieve departmental targets.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to lead by example and foster a culture of excellence.
• Experience in creating memorable lifestyle and entertainment-driven guest experiences within a beach club environment is highly desirable.
