Job Description
- Leadership: Lead and manage the Rooms Division team, ensuring alignment with company values and service standards.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other rooms-related functions.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest service through effective team management and guest engagement.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Extensive experience in Rooms Division or Front Office management roles.
- Proven leadership and financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
