Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in West Jakarta, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds targets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that empowers your team to succeed. - Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies and action plans to achieve organizational revenue goals and market objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and collective success
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue accurately, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and position the organization strategically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to align sales efforts with broader organizational objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while maintaining ethical business practices and company standards
- Organize and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous improvement and engagement
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights to senior management with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, including experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the hospitality industry or the Indonesian market is an advantage.
