Job Description

Lead, coach, and inspire the Villa Host team, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and genuine hospitality.

Personally oversee the arrival, in-stay, and departure experience for villa guests, intervening with immediate resolution when service falls short of expectation.

Manage VIP, repeat guest, and special occasion experiences with meticulous attention to detail and personalization.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity

Background in villa, suite, or butler operations within a 5-star or ultra-luxury environment strongly preferred

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification

Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with guest experience platforms (e.g. Alice, Kipsu, or equivalent) an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages, particularly Mandarin or Russian, a significant advantage

Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and cost control processes. 

Additional Information

• Supervise daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.

• Train, coach, and schedule front office team members.

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and yield management to help drive revenue.

• Act as the shift leader or hotel representative when the manager is away.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure clean and ready rooms.
