Job Description

We're looking for an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive organizational growth in Cairo, Egypt. In this pivotal leadership role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate will combine visionary thinking with analytical rigor, fostering a collaborative culture while maintaining a customer-focused approach that aligns with our organizational objectives.

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to ensure smooth departmental functioning, professional development, and promotion of teamwork and innovation
• Manage the marketing budget, identify cost-effective resource allocation, and ensure adherence to financial targets while maximizing return on investment
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and promotional activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, media partners, and external agencies to support marketing objectives
• Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content, including press releases, brochures, newsletters, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Measure and evaluate marketing performance against established goals, utilizing analytics and data-driven insights to implement corrective actions and optimize campaigns
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives and maximum organizational productivity
• Manage media relations, coordinate press events, and maintain positive public relations by extending personalized services to VIPs, media representatives, and community stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, marketing metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Ensure brand consistency and positive organizational representation across all marketing channels and communications
• Handle additional responsibilities and special projects as delegated by senior management

• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, recruitment, and talent development
• Experience in brand management, positioning, and development
• Proficiency in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Experience with marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI attribution

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the Cairo, Egypt market or Middle Eastern region
• Background in specific industry sectors (hospitality, retail, technology, or services)
• Experience with crisis communication and reputation management
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Egypt

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or business management are advantageous
