You will lead regional marketing strategies, influence customer engagement, and translate market insights into business outcomes. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth, business expansion, and market share targets
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decision-making
- Author and drive alignment on key strategy documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch strategies
- Identify emerging customer segments and tailor marketing approaches to meet evolving clinical and market needs
- Lead product launch initiatives and support the introduction of new products and services aligned with customer demand
- Partner with sales teams to design and implement initiatives that drive customer engagement and product adoption
- Develop and deliver medical education programs to support clinical adoption, enhance product understanding, and improve customer outcomes
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and industry stakeholders to inform strategy and strengthen market presence
What You Will Need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or marketing roles
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
