Onsite – Dublin, IRLKey Responsibilities
Goods Receiving & Inspection
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries from customers and suppliers.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, quantity accuracy, and correct identification.
- Review aerospace documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Verify material certification and traceability requirements.
- Accurately record and process incoming materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Report discrepancies, damage, or non-conformances in accordance with company procedures.
Storage & Inventory Control
- Ensure materials and components are stored safely and accurately.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability at all times.
- Support stock control activities and inventory audits.
- Ensure materials are correctly labelled and identified.
- Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Shipping & Dispatch
- Prepare materials, components, and finished products for shipment.
- Ensure products are packaged in accordance with aerospace, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and verify shipping documentation and labels.
- Coordinate shipments with approved couriers and freight providers.
- Ensure all export and shipping documentation is completed accurately.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain full traceability of aerospace materials and components.
- Support internal and external audit activities as required.
- Follow Environmental, Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and stores function.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stores, or material handling environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with company procedures.
Desirable
- Experience within aviation, aerospace, medical device, manufacturing, semiconductor, warehousing, logistics, distribution, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of aerospace traceability requirements.
- Forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.
- Experience with export compliance requirements and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
- Experience working within a quality-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Additional Information
- Travel Requirements: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our Ballyboughal, North County Dublin facility. Due to the location of the site, access to personal transportation is highly desirable.
