What sets the F&B Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with sweet delights, such as our famous Ringstraßentorte or cheesecakes. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

What will you do?

• You are part of the daily operations of the pastry section and ensure smooth collaboration within your team.
• You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods, following established recipes and seasonal inspirations.
• You ensure that ingredients are stored and handled correctly to maintain freshness, consistency, and food safety.
• You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards.
• You are passionate about Austrian and American dessert traditions and enjoy combining classic techniques with creative ideas.

What makes you stand out?

You have relevant training in the pastry department. You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness.
