POSITION SUMMARY
Nestlé Vietnam is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer and creator marketing across priority brands.
In this role, you will develop influencer strategies, build creator partnerships, drive campaign effectiveness, and establish best practices to maximize brand and business impact.
You will work across Nestlé Vietnam's priority portfolio of brands, collaborating with local and global stakeholders to drive creator-led growth and shape the future of influencer marketing.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will:
- Define and drive Influencer Marketing strategies across priority brands.
- Translate brand and business objectives into effective creator-led marketing programs.
- Integrate influencer marketing into broader media and brand-building strategies.
- Build and manage a strong ecosystem of creators, influencers, agencies, and platform partners.
- Develop long-term creator partnerships that strengthen brand advocacy and consumer engagement.
- Lead agency evaluation, onboarding, and performance management to ensure strategic excellence, innovation, and delivery of business outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality execution of influencer campaigns across multiple brands.
- Define campaign KPIs and establish measurement frameworks across awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives.
- Monitor performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with Media and E-commerce teams to unlock creator commerce and social commerce opportunities that drive brand growth and conversion.
- Drive the adoption of influencer marketing best practices, governance standards, and measurement frameworks across priority brands.
- Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with Nestlé policies and local regulations.
- Stay ahead of creator, social media, and platform trends to continuously elevate Nestlé's influencer marketing capabilities.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, social media, influencer marketing, creator marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, consumer brands, or creator agencies is an advantage.
- Proven experience developing and leading influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's creator ecosystem, influencer landscape, and social media platforms.
- Experience managing creator partnerships, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect influencer initiatives to brand and business outcomes.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, social listening tools, campaign measurement dashboards, and digital analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Meta, TikTok, or related platforms are a plus.
