Join our Marketing team and help bring consumer-focused brand initiatives to life. In this role, you'll support the execution of impactful campaigns, collaborate across functions, and contribute to building meaningful consumer experiences.
Impact You'll Own
- Support the delivery of successful brand campaigns and activations.
- Help strengthen consumer engagement and brand awareness.
- Drive effective collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
- Generate insights to improve marketing performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered with quality and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and coordinate consumer and customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support events, activations, and consumer engagement programs.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder alignment.
- Work with global teams to ensure consistency of brand communications.
Skills & Capabilities
Must-Haves
- 2-3 years of experience in Brand Management and/or an Advertising Agency.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and content development abilities.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent Hebrew and high proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer marketing, or other customer-focused industries.
