Chubb Life: Manager - Digital Marketing

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing activities and strategic communications to support Chubb Life Thailand’s business objectives, brand awareness, customer engagement, distribution etc. The role leads end-to-end marketing, digital and communication strategics to drive Chubb Life Thailand brand creditability, digital growth, customer acquisition and sustainable revenue. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external partners to deliver effective digital campaigns and content. The position requires strong English communication skills and must meet the qualifications required to life insurance, in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support Chubb Life Thailand’s business objectives to ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage digital channels such as website, online advertising, social media, Line OA, email marketing, paid media, and other online platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end content direction to support brand awareness, customer engagement, product promotion, and corporate communication objectives.
- Manage the creation and adaptation of diverse content types, including new product communications, claims-related content, LINE Chat / LINE Service updates, monthly campaign themes, engagement activities, trend-based content, Zenith Privilege Club Services, corporate event promotions, emergency corporate announcements, and PR content adaptation.
- Manage LINE Official Account operations and communication activities to ensure effective customer engagement and consistent brand messaging
- Develop and manage SEO content for the website to strengthen search visibility, content discoverability, and overall digital performance
- Ensure SEO articles are aligned with broader content strategy and brand communication direction.
- Plan and coordinate SEM campaign timing in alignment with new product launches and brand awareness priorities.
- Support the ongoing optimization of SEM activities to maximize reach, visibility, and campaign effectiveness
- Own website content updates to ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements
- Develop best-in-class Product Communications to customers and distributors through effective messaging and storytelling.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor /Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and digital marketing activities.
- Work closely with product, agency, life operations, legal, compliance, customer service and other relevant functions on digital content and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and external agencies to effectively manage digital marketing activities.
- Ability to work closely with global teams and stakeholders
- Plan and control digital marketing budgeting.
