Job Description:

Our Opportunity

At Chewy, we strive to become the most trusted and convenient online destination for pet parents and our partners, including veterinarians and service providers. Our success is measured by the happiness of the people and pets we serve, not simply by the products we deliver. That's why we continuously challenge ourselves to think outside the box and create exceptional experiences for our customers and partners.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Associate Director of Procurement to lead a procurement function encompassing multiple categories, supplier portfolios, or sourcing teams. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that drive enterprise value through cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will oversee a team of procurement professionals while influencing cross-functional business leaders, shaping long-term sourcing strategies, and driving procurement initiatives that support Chewy's continued growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, category management, and talent development, along with a proven ability to lead complex procurement programs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
