The engine for the intensity and attraction of our products and services is the passion of our employees.The CRM & Digital Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience across various digital touchpoints and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, digital marketing best practices, and the ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize the customer journey.
What awaits you?
- Understanding sales targets, target groups, and brand values on a model level.
- Analyzing market and customer behavior development via repoting to derive the right measures in alignment with all involved functions along the customer journey, especially Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
- Acting as the central role in the triangle of market/agencies/Digital Hub in the field of website management.
- Designing, implementing and optimizing 1:1 campaigns
- Detailed monitoring of processes regarding CIM and improving performance by analysing various marketing KPIs.
- Steering, implementing, and improving Digital Commerce and Digital Channels projects.
- Overseeing initiatives such as Digital Vehicle Sales, the myBMW App, CCR Monitoring, the online stock locator, the digital checkout solution, and the vehicle booking service.
- Monitoring and supporting the dealer in managing of customer complaints as part of One Voice and customer surveys in order to achieve Bonus relevant targets and increase customer satisfaction.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing or CRM/CIM.
- Experience in the automotive industry or luxury goods is considered an asset.
- Strong project management background.
- Passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation software is a plus.
- Highly motivated, assertive, autonomous, and possessing integrity.
- Strong motivation, assertiveness, sovereignty, integrity.
- Fluent in English and Greek language.
