Summary:
Energean is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join the team in Haifa office. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects related to our offshore operations, with a focus on the Energean Power FPSO. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute engineering projects related to offshore operations, including FPSO units.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these parameters.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to ensure project safety and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in project execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, civil, or petroleum engineering).
- Professional engineering license (PE) preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with offshore operations, FPSO units, and/or subsea engineering is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
