- About the role
On-site coordination of warehouse operations for the DACH new warehouse in Klášterec, Czech Republic, overseeing 3PL operations and supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily visibility and issue resolution.
Your responsibilities
3 PL & Warehouse Management
- Co-ordinate inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock integrity .
- Co-ordinate Cycle count procedure with 3 PL and monitor the inventory discrepancy & root cause (Warehouse damage, factory damage etc).
- Ensure optimum utilization of storage locations in warehouse in collaboration with 3 PL.
- Perform the first batch release and Quarantine articles management by co ordinating with 3 PL.
- Co-ordinate Scrapping of obsolete stock and document each instance with relevant certificates .
- Go-live and ramp up support by being on site and co-ordinate between 3 PL & Colleagues from German office.
Inbound and Outbound
- Co-ordination & Prioritization of Inbound (Road & Ocean freight).
- Time slot management with colleagues from German office (Supply planning. Logistics and customer service).
- Monitor closely the inbound damages & DDN process with 3PL.
- Coordinate and oversee outbound operations from a warehouse execution perspective.
- Manage order consolidation across two companies operating from the same warehouse to maximize synergies .
- Align closely with the 3PL, transport planners, and internal stakeholders to combine compatible orders into optimized loads.
- Drive load optimization and shipment consolidation to improve truck utilization and reduce transport cost.
- Ensure outbound consolidation plans do not compromise service levels, cut-off times, or customer requirements .
- On-site point of contact for hauliers for time slot management.
- Support logistics colleagues from German office related to claims made by hauliers (On time arrival, demurrage etc).
Embellishment or Value-added Services
- On-Site support to manage & monitor Embellishment capacities & throughput.
- Ensure Embellishment production orders placed by Embellishment planner from german office is delivered by 3 PL on time & in full.
- Control the Embellishment cost proposal made by 3 PL for each new EMB SKU asper contract.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Support Warehouse manager in ensuring compliance with quality standards, health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained by the 3PL .
- Support internal and external audits and closure of findings.
KPI Reporting and Analysis
- Own and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports provided by the 3PL.
- Track, Analyse and validate key KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment & EMB throughput .
- Prepare root-cause analysis for service failures, backlogs, and missed SLAs, ensuring actions address underlying issues.
- Prepare Ad-hoc reports asper line-managers request.
3 PL Collaboration and Improvements
- Strengthen the partnership while ensuring accountability remains with the 3PL .
- Track and report progress on continuous improvement initiatives and agreed action plans.
- The experience we're looking for
- At least. 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse management & Transport.
- Work Experience ideally in FMCG industry or similar work environment.
- Work experience in engaging Freight forwarders.
- MS-Office Skills. Especially Excel skills
- Working Experience in SAP or Similar ERP system.
- Basic understanding of Warehouse & Transport related process.
- Basic Understand of Dangerous good & Customs
