Area Sales Manager Sport - Poland

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sport Channel business in Poland. This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial leadership, key account management and team development while helping expand some of the most recognized brands in the sporting goods industry.
What you'll do
- Drive the commercial strategy and business performance of the Sport Channel in Poland
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and accelerate category growth
- Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing and other cross-functional teams to bring brands to life in the market
- Build strong connections within the Polish sporting goods ecosystem, from retailers to athletes, ambassadors and sport communities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience within the sporting goods, outdoor, cycling, winter sports or related industry
- Successful track record in sales leadership and people management
- Strong key account management and negotiation skills
- Experience delivering business growth through strategic account development
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Fluent Polish and English
- Willingness to travel across Poland
Nice to have
- Existing network within the sporting goods market
- Experience with omnichannel or e-commerce customers
- Exposure to athlete partnerships, sport events or community activation
- Personal passion for sport and strong understanding of sport consumers
