Enterprise Architect（EA）は、Adobeの日本国内エンタープライズ顧客に対し、Digital Experience領域における高品質なソリューションデリバリーを牽引する、戦略的テクノロジーガイドです。AdobeはGenerative AI・Agentic AIを核とした新しいデジタル体験のあり方を追求しており、EAはその技術的先鋒として、AI活用による顧客ビジネスの変革を主導する役割を担います。

お客様のビジネスゴールとAdobeソリューションを、スケーラブルで統合的なアーキテクチャによって整合させます。プロジェクト単位のCustom Serviceと、サブスクリプション型のIntegrated Servicesの双方にまたがる、数少ない横断的な戦略ロールです。

EAは以下の3つのフェーズでお客様に伴走します。

• Plan and align：アーキテクチャDiscoveryの実施、将来アーキテクチャの定義、ITストラテジーとの整合

• Design and guide：統合・データフローの提言、クロスソリューションのアーキテクチャガイダンス、技術設計のレビューと検証

• Enable and Optimize：価値の検証、ROIの実証、成功事例の発掘

主な業務内容

• Adobe CX Enterprise（旧Adobe Experience Cloud）を横断する、サードパーティ連携を含むエンドツーエンドのアーキテクチャ設計

• 複雑なビジネス要件を技術ソリューションへ変換し、デリバリーチームの活動をお客様のビジネス目標に整合させる

• プロジェクトスコープ・見積り・リソース配分・進行計画の立案

• ビジネス部門、IT部門、パートナー、経営層など関係者を巻き込んだロードマップ策定

• グローバルデリバリーチーム、パートナーエコシステムと連携したプロジェクト推進と、技術成果物の品質レビュー

• Agentic AIを含むAEM / Adobe CX Enterpriseの先進機能を調査し、新しいサービスモデルの開発に貢献

• Generative AI／Agentic AIをお客様のビジネスにどう活用できるか、具体的なユースケースとアーキテクチャの観点から提言

必須スキル・経験

• 以下のいずれかに関連する6年以上の経験:
   (a) Enterprise Architectまたはコンサルタントとして、大規模エンタープライズ向けWebアプリケーション、もしくはアナリティクス導入のデリバリー 経験
  (b) デジタルマーケティング領域におけるプロダクトマネジメント経験

• CMSやWebアプリケーションに関する基礎知識

• CDNを含む、高パフォーマンスなWebシステムアーキテクチャの設計・立案経験

• 複雑なビジネス要件を技術ソリューションに変換し、デリバリーチームの活動を整合させた経験

• プロジェクトスコープ定義、見積り、リソース配分の実務経験

• Generative AI／Agentic AIをはじめとする技術トレンドを常にキャッチアップし、お客様のビジネスへの具体的な応用を提案できる力

• 相手（技術者・マーケティング部門・経営層）に応じてコミュニケーションを調整できる能力

Job Description

The Enterprise Architect (EA) operates as the principal strategic technology guide and technical force behind delivering high-quality Digital Experience solutions to Adobe's enterprise customers in Japan. Adobe is pursuing a new generation of digital experiences built around Generative AI and Agentic AI, and the EA serves as the technical vanguard driving customer business transformation through these capabilities.

The EA ensures customer business goals match Adobe solutions through scalable, integrated architectures that generate sustained value. This cross-functional strategic position operates within both Custom Service, which is project-focused consulting, and Integrated Services, Adobe's subscription advisory service. Few roles span these two engagement approaches.

The EA partners with customers across three phases:

• Plan and align: Conduct architecture discovery sessions, define future-state solution architecture, and align Adobe solutions with IT strategy

• Design and guide: Recommend integration and data flows, provide cross-solution architecture guidance, review and validate technical designs, and advise on governance and scalability

• Enable and Optimize: Verify and validate value, measure path to value and return on investment, and find opportunities to showcase success

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete architectures throughout the Adobe CX Enterprise (formerly Adobe Experience Cloud) portfolio, incorporating connections with third-party solutions

• Translate intricate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring all delivery team actions correspond with documented customer business goals

• Develop project scope definitions, delivery estimates, resource allocation plans, and project timelines

• Develop roadmaps in collaboration with business collaborators, IT teams, partners, and executive leadership

• Propel project advancement in partnership with global delivery teams and the partner network, and review technical deliverables to ensure quality

• Investigate advanced features of AEM and Adobe CX Enterprise, including Agentic AI, to aid the development of new service models

• Advise customers on concrete use cases and architectural approaches for applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to their business

Opportunities Offered

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience in either following:
  (a) Enterprise Architect or Consultant, delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
  (b) Digital Marketing Product Management

• Foundational knowledge of CMS and web application technologies

• Experience designing and planning high-performance web system architectures, including CDN

• Proven capability to transform intricate business needs into technical solutions and coordinate delivery team efforts accordingly

• Experience developing project scope definitions, delivery estimates, and resource allocation plans

• Ongoing familiarity with technology trends such as Generative AI and Agentic AI, with the ability to propose concrete applications for customer business

• Skilled in written and verbal communication, capable of adapting for technical, marketing, or executive audiences

• Business-level Japanese (required). Working proficiency in reading and writing English is sufficient

Skills That Set You Apart

• Hands-on experience with Adobe CX Enterprise solutions

• Knowledge of modern web frontend stacks such as React and TypeScript

• Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Ad Tech (CDP/DMP, DSP), marketing automation, omni-channel personalization, and CRM

• Experience employing Generative and/or Agentic AI solutions to optimize daily workflows, or hands-on experience building AI agents

• English proficiency adequate to negotiate and work directly with international teams

• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-region delivery teams
