Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q-Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products, a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as bakery & pastry, wellness, ice cream, fishery, butchery or gourmet.

Seal partnerships with the best accounts - reach out to Partners, negotiate and sign the deal, always aligned with the company goals.
Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis.
As owner of Glovo’s revenue, make sure that all deals follow the required profitability.
Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio, ensure a fast and smooth onboarding.
Own partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.
Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement. Be the main POC between Glovo different areas and the Partner.
Guarantee partners’ content quality. Own partner’s assortment and pricing.
Support Partner Business Lead in day to day operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
