職務概要
戦略的アカウントにおけるトップラインの成長と市場プレゼンスの拡大を統括するリーダー職です。経営層を含むハイレベルなステークホルダーとの強固なパートナーシップを構築し、業界全体にインパクトを与える大規模かつ複雑なビジネス変革を主導します。部門横断的な影響力を発揮し、Ciscoの戦略的優先事項を推進する中心的な役割を担います。
職務内容
- 戦略的リーダーシップ: 中長期的な営業戦略を策定し、組織の販売目標達成に向けた包括的なロードマップを主導します。
- ハイレベル・ステークホルダーマネジメント: 顧客の経営層（C-level）と対等なパートナーシップを築き、ビジネスの方向性に影響を与える戦略的アドバイスを提供します。
- 組織横断的インパクト: プリセールス、製品開発、グローバルチーム、マーケティング等の部門を巻き込み、全社的リソースを最適化して大規模案件を創出・リードします。
- ソリューションセールス: Ciscoの広範なポートフォリオを活用し、顧客の経営課題に対する包括的かつ革新的なソリューションを構築・提案します。
- 交渉・成約: 極めて複雑な契約交渉においてリーダーシップを発揮し、長期的かつ戦略的な価値を生む契約を締結します。
- 業界への影響力: 市場トレンドや競合環境を深く分析し、日本市場の声をグローバル製品戦略へ反映させるための提言を行います。
- 組織的メンターシップ: 営業組織全体の模範となり、次世代のリーダー育成や営業スキルの標準化をリードします。
必須スキル・経験
- エンタープライズ顧客向けハイタッチセールスの経験5年以上
- 経営層との折衝経験および、大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトのリード経験
- 部門横断的なチームを統率し、組織全体で成果を最大化するリーダーシップ
- 市場環境の変化を捉え、戦略を柔軟かつ大胆に修正できる洞察力
- 高いレベルの英語力（ビジネス上の交渉・コミュニケーションが可能なレベル）
