Represent and promote the full NOV Rig Technologies – Mission product portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with key influencers and decision-makers across the MEA territory.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support customers in improving their business performance.
Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new and existing business opportunities.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve sales bookings and forecast targets.
Increase market knowledge by identifying customer needs, monitoring competitor activity, and sharing market intelligence to support business growth.
Strengthen NOV's market presence through participation in industry events and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Area Sales Manager (Mission) is responsible for driving sales growth across the Middle East and Africa by maximizing revenue from existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, selling consumable products to drilling contractors, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs while supporting NOV Mission's business objectives. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, the Area Sales Manager coordinates qualified sales opportunities, aligns delivery commitments with operational capacity, and develops strategic action plans to enhance customer satisfaction, grow market share, and strengthen NOV's position as the preferred supplier and partner.
