Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor II to join the Power & Thermal Management Division in Anaheim, CA for 2nd shift (1:30pm - 11:30 pm PST). The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations within assigned department(s). This role drives performance by achieving and enforcing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives. This includes assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, and appraising employee performance, as well as planning, assigning, and directing work to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and operational goals.

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations within assigned departments, ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives. The role is responsible for overseeing production schedules, allocating resources, monitoring key performance metrics, maintaining inventory accuracy through SAP, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and driving process efficiencies. Additionally, the supervisor manages employee performance, hiring, training, coaching, and labor relations while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and cross-training. This position requires significant manufacturing leadership experience, including sheet metal manufacturing expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
