Purpose of Role

Department: eCommerce    Report Line: Sr. Manager, eCommerce Channel

You will play a critical role in supporting channel leader with the goal of creating brand awareness, driving sales growth, content creation and seamless consumer experience in content channels to drive UA overall growth objective. You will need to work with UA team and third-party vendor to execute marketing campaigns, daily livestreaming to achieve given target for UA’s content channel. You will help leaders build strategic channel plan with deep understanding of UA’s products and strong analysis skills.

Your Impact

• Operation
• •    Liaise with platform to plan annual, monthly and daily commercial calendar
• •    Continuously tracking competitors’ performance on content channels
• •    Support the Channel Manager in achieving key performance  KPIs.
• •    Make improvement plan basing on operational data and business insight.
• •    Assist the Channel Manager in leading vendor, specifically management of operation team, live-stream hosts and store design team to maintain self-livestream quality delivered on a high standard.
• •    Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure the implementation of member-related benefits within channel, track member-related KPIs, and provide optimization suggestions.
• •    Work with accounting team for reconciliation with suppliers, ensuring that the reconciliation between vendors, KOLs, and platforms proceeds in accordance with the company's financial procedures and contractual obligations, and follow up on invoices and account statuses.
• •    Integrate KOL sales schedules into the store's schedule to ensure that KOL sales activities proceed as planned. In case of any changes, respond promptly to guarantee the overall sales targets of the store are met.
• •    Sample Management: Ensure that the dispatch and return of samples for self-livestream and KOL live-stream are carried out according to business requirements and financial plans.

• •    Manage Contracts: Oversee third-party platforms and influencers sales contracts, work with  Legal team to review, revise, and standardize terms, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives
• •    Monitor unauthorized sales activity on 3rd party platforms and keep them under control
• •    Work with CS, SCM and other UA functionals to improve customers satisfaction
• •    Support stores’ routine operation work if needed
• •    Complete other duties assigned by channel manager

• Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years of working experience in content channels for brands.
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• A quick learner who shows interest in content platform
• Analytics skills; presentable. Experience in platform tracking system is a plus
• Passionate about sports; participate in sports at least weekly basis; familiar with the sports environment in China
• Multi-task and detail-oriented
• Good project management skills with ability to prioritize workload despite conflicting demands
• Good written English skills
