- TI会津工場では、半導体製造プロセスの最適化を通じて、世界中の電子機器を支える技術の進化に貢献しています。
- このポジションでは、既存量産プロセスの改善に加え、GaN（窒化ガリウム）など次世代パワー半導体の開発・立上げにも関わります。品質・生産性・コストのバランスを取りながら、材料、装置、データの観点から課題を捉え、より良いプロセスを形にしていく役割です。
- プロセス最適化・改善： 半導体前工程（Diffusion, Implantation, Photo, Etch, CVD, PVD等）における条件管理・改良を通じて、品質、生産性、歩留り、コスト競争力の向上を担います。
- 次世代製品の開発： GaNなど次世代パワー半導体の開発において、設計・開発部門と連携しながら、新しいプロセスフローの構築や技術開発を進めます。
データ活用による課題解決： SPCや各種データ解析を活用し、工程課題の特定、要因分析、仮説検証に基づく改善活動を推進します。 - 実験・評価の推進： 新規条件や新規プロセスの実験計画、評価、結果解析、レポート作成まで一連の技術検証を担います。
- 部門横断での技術連携： 製造、設計、開発、装置、材料などの関係者と連携し、量産導入に向けた技術確立を進めます。
