职位描述：
作为TI的工业工程师，你将：
1. 参与半导体制造量产阶段的生产计划制定、执行与监控，保障生产流程高效运转，及时协调解决生产中的异常问题。
2. 基于工业工程理念，优化生产资源配置（人力、设备、物料），提升生产效率与产能利用率，降低生产成本。
3. 参与智能制造相关项目推进，对接生产数据系统，通过数据分析挖掘生产改进空间，助力生产流程数字化、智能化升级。
4. 与工程部，计划部，质量部等跨部门团队紧密协作，同步生产需求与供应链信息，确保量产产品交付周期与质量达标。
