The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Mission Rock parking and valet program, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This hands-on leadership role manages valet operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and parking-related systems while serving as a key liaison between ABM, Oracle Park Transportation, Mission Rock partners, and on-site team members. The Facility Manager supports staff development through training, coaching, and performance management, coordinates valet activations and special events, and assists with revenue management, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
